Soccer Programs & Camps

This winter (Nov. - Feb.) Kortne, myself, along with coach Anthony and Gabe will be running a full winter program designed for soccer athletes. Sessions will focus on technical soccer ability, speed, agility, explosiveness, and maintaining (maybe getting to for some) full game conditioning.
Each session will be 1 hour in length and designed to train every component listed above each and every session. These lessons will be very demanding, but we will of course keep it fun and enjoyable for our athletes like we always do!
We will be collecting baseline testing for each individual athlete before we start, after every month, and at the end to get measurable data to make sure each of our athletes are progressing throughout the program. Some of these baseline test will include, 10-yard dash, the pro agility test, max vertical, max broad jump, max force/velocity measurements, and various conditioning test.
These test along with our sessions will of course be different for each age group. Our young guys will not be touching weights yet but they will be learning the proper way to land, cut, change direction, control their body, ect. to maximize both efficiency and safety!
Although we will have 4 coaches overseeing the program there will be a limited number of ONLY 8-12 spots available for each time slot. We want to make sure every athlete is getting the individual attention needed to reach their max progression through the program so we want to limit the number to 2 or 3 athletes per coach.
